Dunstan is a chartered electronics engineer providing design, production and support in electronics to all of ByteSnap Design’s clients. 

Having graduated with a degree in engineering from Cambridge University, Dunstan has been working in the electronics industry since 1992. He teamed up with his former colleague Graeme Wintle in 2008 to establish ByteSnap Design; an embedded design consultancy with clients worldwide from Andover to Australia.

Jackie Rutter is Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Menlo Micro, where she leads global marketing, communications, and growth strategies to accelerate adoption of the company’s disruptive switching technologies across AI data centres, industrial automation, aerospace & defence, quantum computing, and test & measurement. With more than 25 years’ international experience spanning engineering, sales, and marketing, she previously held senior leadership roles at Analog Devices, where she supported the company’s growth from $3.5 billion to over $12 billion in revenue and led communications around the acquisitions of Linear Technology and Maxim Integrated. Jackie is a passionate advocate for leadership and inclusion, contributes to industry organisations including IEEE, and was recognised with the Inspirational Leader Award at the Electronics Weekly Women Leaders in Electronics Awards 2026. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with Distinction from the University of Surrey and is a regular speaker on leadership, innovation, and engineering, inspiring the next generation of engineers.

Roger Thornton is Director of Applications Engineering at Raspberry Pi, where his team helps customers take advantage of the low-cost, high-performance computing products designed by Raspberry Pi. Previously working as a hardware design engineer, he has designed several iterations of the iconic Raspberry Pi Computer, acknowledged as the UK’s best-selling computer of all time.

Roger was part of the small team that took Raspberry Pi through the IPO process, placing the company onto the main market in June 2024. His work included securing the Green Economy Mark for the company and he sits on the companies sustainability committee.

Stéphane Ratelet serves as director, sales and support/digital solutions – EMEA at DigiKey. He develops and executes regional strategies to expand DigiKey’s market presence and enhance customer engagement.

Stéphane is also responsible for managing relationships with third party software partners and supports the implementation of direct API connections to assist customers with their digital transformation, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.

Stéphane joined DigiKey in 2014, and has held a variety of roles including international API champion and director, business development – EMEA. Prior to joining DigiKey, Stéphane had more than 10 years of electronic sales and engineering experience from EPIQ, ETRI and RS components.
