Electronics Excellence Award 2024 Entry Conditions
+ You must be 18 and over to enter any of the categories.
+ Submission forms for Electronics Excellence Award 2024 will be open form 9.00am 30/07/2022 and will be accessible at electronicsexcellenceaward.com
+ Submission forms will close at midnight 00:00 08/03/2024. Closing date for submission forms is subject to change, and may be extended at Electronic Specifier’s discretion.
+ By submitting your details for submission you agree to the Electronic Specifier’s privacy policy
+ Entries should be made through electronicsexcellenceaward.com.
+ Electronic Specifier does not take responsibility for any technical problems encountered on submission and does not accept responsibility for loss of any entry or part of entry. If you have difficulty entering via the website you may email [email protected] with your entry before the submission deadline.
+ Entrants may submit multiple times with different products, so long as they are relevant.
+ By submitting your entry you are agreeing that Electronic Specifier may use any submitted details in promotion around the Electronics Excellence Award or for Electronics Specifier.
+ Electronic Specifier reserve the right to extend the closing deadline.
+ Winners will be contacted via the contact details submitted on entry. If there is no response within 7 days, another winner will be selected.
+ It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the prize promotion and acceptance of the prize. Electronic Specifier cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
+ One runner up and the winner will be contacted to ensure that they are able to attend/contribute to the awards.
+ Winners will be chosen by judges considered experts in their category but final decisions will be determined by Electronic Specifier.
+ Electronic Specifier’s decision regarding winners is final and binding. The judges’ and Electronic Specifier’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into or feedback given regarding the selection of shortlisted nominations. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
+ Electronic Specifier reserves the right to verify winners and ask for proof of identity, age and address and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.
+ The name and county of the winners can be obtained by sending an email 28 days after the prize promotion closing date, to [email protected]
+ There is no cash or alternative prizes, in whole or part. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be resold.
+ Entry into the the Electronics Excellence Award is at the entrant’s risk. To the extent permitted by law, neither Electronic Specifier nor prize suppliers accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) suffered by entrants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with the Electronics Excellence Award and/or accepting a prize.
+ Where a prize is provided by a sponsor, Electronic Specifier accepts no responsibility for inaccuracy of any prize description, and the sponsor is responsible for prize fulfilment.
+Submitted entries will be contacted on or before 30th March 2024 to confirm the dates of publication in the newsletter and magazine. Electronic Specifier reserves the right to extend this date dependant on changing circumstances.
+ Unsuccessful entries will also by notified on or before the 30th March 2024.
+ If for any reason, Electronic Specifier is not capable of running The Electronics Excellence Award, Electronic Specifier reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the submission timeline.
